To run a successful club night, we need a minimum of 12 volunteers to time-keep and to run the BBQ.

If we do not have the minimum number of volunteers by Wednesday prior, we will cancel the BBQ and may have to cancel the club night. Jobs will be allocated on the night but all are straightforward and training will be provided to newcomers.
